It also seeks to instill research knowledge and expertise in postgraduate candidates such that they will no longer find the necessity to outsource pertinent services; rather, they will appreciate research not only for graduating purposes but for its practicability as well.

Raphael has vast experience in academic research that spans a period of more than 10 years. He prides in having assisted an estimated 500 postgraduate candidates to successfully work on their research projects, dissertations and/or theses in Kenya and internationally. The consultant has also facilitated the publication of hundreds of articles in reputable peer-reviewed journals as well as preparation of papers for presentation in numerous conferences and seminars. The fact that he has mastered the art of research across an array of disciplines ranging from social sciences to technical disciplines to pure sciences, is a feat many research consultants find explicably difficult to match. The foregoing is reinforced by the researcher's acquisition of research qualifications at postgraduate level. Professor Daniel Ngugi holds a PhD in Agricultural Economics and a masters in Statistics both from the University of Georgia in the USA. He teaches economics at Minot State University, in Minot, North Dakota, USA, where he is also the coordinator of the program. His scholarly interests are diverse; he conducts research, and has published widely in the areas of managerial and business economics; public finance; environmental economics; learning in higher education; and technology adoption. He has mentored many students both at the undergraduate and graduate level. He is a member of the American Economic Association and the Western Economics Association International among other professional organizations.
Dr. Robert Mugo is a lecturer at the Department of Accounting, Finance and Management Science, Faculty of Commerce at Egerton University, Kenya. He holds a PhD in Business Administration specializing in Finance from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology with a bias on Securities Markets research. He holds Master of Business Administration (Finance Option) and Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degrees both from Egerton University. Dr. Mugo is a practicing member of the Institute of Certified Investments and Financial Analysts (ICIFA) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) graduate. At ICIFA, he has served for two terms on the education and research committee. He has guided a several students in research both at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He has published over 26 articles in peer-reviewed journals with prospects of even publishing more. He is a mentor to many students particularly in the fields of Accounting and Finance. Dr. Mugo is a resource person for the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) Kenya where he has participated in training university students in matters of capital markets. He is a resource consultant in the Kenya Accountants and Secretaries Examination Board (KASNEB). He has previously engaged in training Secondary School Heads in personal financial management.
